About the Role
We’re seeking Skilled Meat Workers to join our team in permanent, full-time positions at our large-scale processing facility in Albany. Multiple roles are available for:
Boners and Slicers – breaking down carcasses by removing bones and slicing meat ready for sale or further processing
Slaughterers – working in slaughter areas, handling livestock processing, hide removal, and evisceration
What We Offer
Starting pay from $33.50 per hour (permanent full-time)
Weekly pay with reliable hours
Monday to Friday work with opportunities for overtime
Afternoon shift attracts additional loading
All uniforms, boots, and PPE provided and laundered

About You
To be successful, you will have:
At least 3 years’ experience in the meat processing industry
AQF Certificate III in Meat Processing (Boning or Slaughtering) or equivalent recognised skill level
Reliability and punctuality
Physical fitness to perform manual work in a fast-paced environment
High standards of personal hygiene and commitment to safe work practices
Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team
