About the Role
We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Seafood Process Workers to join our team in the northern suburbs of Adelaide. This is a hands-on position responsible for processing, packing, and handling premium barramundi and other seafood products for distribution to our wholesale and retail customers across Australia.

Key Responsibilities

Weighing and measuring fish and shellfish to meet quality and specification standards

Cleaning, preparing, filleting, and portioning seafood with precision

Grading seafood based on quality, size, and customer requirements

Packaging seafood with accurate labeling and strong presentation standards

Maintaining hygiene and cleanliness across work areas in line with food safety and WHS standards

Operating machinery and equipment safely (training provided)

Conducting quality checks during different stages of production

Supporting general warehouse duties including receiving, storage, and dispatch

Manual handling tasks including lifting up to 20kg

Working as part of a team to meet daily production goals and deadlines

About You

Previous experience in food or seafood processing is highly regarded, but not essential – full training is provided

Physically fit with good manual handling capabilities

Reliable, with strong attention to detail and a positive work ethic

Comfortable working in a cool, wet environment

Flexible with early starts and occasional weekend work
