About the role

Urban Warehouse (NDC) Pty Ltd is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Order Pickers on a casual basis. Based in Heathwood, QLD, this role will play a crucial part in our warehousing and distribution operations, ensuring efficient and accurate order fulfilment for our customers.

What you'll be doing

Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently using our warehouse management system

Maintaining a high level of organisation and attention to detail to minimise errors

Adhering to all health and safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment

Collaborating with the wider warehouse team to meet daily productivity targets

Undertaking regular stock counts and assisting with inventory management

Providing excellent customer service by ensuring orders are processed and dispatched in a timely manner

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a warehousing or distribution role, preferably as an Order Picker

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure

Good physical fitness and stamina to handle the demands of the role

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Familiarity with warehouse management systems or the ability to learn quickly

A positive, customer-focused attitude and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
