The Director of Students plays a critical strategic and operational role in leading the development and delivery of a whole-school approach to student wellbeing, pastoral care, and personal development. Grounded in the College’s values and mission, the role champions a culture of personal responsibility, mutual respect, high expectations, and restorative practice.

In this senior position overseeing Year 7-12, together with the Assistant Director of Students, the Director works collaboratively with staff, students, and families to cultivate a safe, supportive, and inclusive school environment that promotes resilience, engagement, and a strong sense of belonging. The role ensures that student wellbeing and pastoral care are deeply integrated with academic learning, recognising their intrinsic relationship and impact on student success.
