Diploma in Beauty Therapy, Cert III/IV in Beauty or Massage, or overseas equivalent

Spa Coordinator – Unley & Semaphore

Front of House | Client Care | Admin Support | Flexible Hours

We’re looking for a vibrant, organised and caring Spa Coordinator to become the welcoming face of Temple Day Spa. This role blends luxury service with admin coordination in a fast-paced but deeply supportive environment.

Duties Include:

Greeting & hosting clients with warmth and professionalism

Managing bookings (phone, online, in-person)

Gift voucher and retail product sales

Hosting group bookings

Supporting front desk & general admin tasks

Working alongside our spa team to deliver seamless experiences

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Experience in customer service, spa, hospitality, or salon (front desk a bonus)

Strong communication, time management & multitasking skills

Friendly, calm, and confident personality

Tech-savviness – Timely or Microsoft Office experience is a bonus

Full working rights in Australia

Impeccably spoken and presented
