Explore & Develop King Street is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Trainee Educator to join our team!

We are an EXCEEDING rated centre, conveniently located in the heart of Newcastle West at 291 King Street. Our purpose-built, 55-place service includes three rooms catering to children aged 0–5 years, and features a custom-designed adventure playground that encourages active learning and exploration.

Trainee Room Educator

As a Trainee Educator at Explore & Develop King Street, you will support the creation of a nurturing and stimulating environment for children from birth to five years. You will work alongside a passionate team of educators and gain hands-on experience while studying to complete your early childhood qualification.

Help create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

Collaborate with educators to implement high-quality educational programs

Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and the broader community
