Based in Girraween, EZI Hire Solutions is an equipment hire company that caters to the civil construction industry, specialising in Road Plates, Shoring, Excavation equipment, Site and Traffic equipment.

EZI Hire Solutions is currently seeking expressions of interest for a hardworking, enthusiastic person with strong customer focus to join our team.

Our strong customer focus and 'never say no' attitude has proven so successful that we need another dedicated team member to join our family. Passion and ambition to grow within the company is a must!

About The role

We currently have a role vacant for Yard Person to join the EZI Hire family. As a Yard Person for EZI Hire Solutions you are the face of the business for our customers who come into our branch. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the yard, ensuring all equipment/fleet is kept maintained and neat and tidy.

Core Responsibilities:

• Maintaining clean, well-presented fleet.
• General duties around the yard.
• Highest level of customer service - after all, they are the ones paying the bills.
• Forklift operation loading and unloading of trucks.
• Movement of equipment in the yard.
• Ensuring the yard is neat and tidy at all times.
• High awareness of site safety and duty of care for your team and site visitors.
• Finally have a ‘hands on’ with a 'can do' attitude.

About you -

The key to your success is world class customer service. If you have this and the following, then you could be our ideal candidate,

• Forklift license/experience
• Drivers license (car minimum)
• Willingness to learn and teach
• Can-do, hands on attitude
• Most importantly - willingness to do whatever it takes to keep our customers happy.
