In this role, you will help shape business performance and decision-making, reporting directly to the Senior Commercial Manager – Supply Chain & Operations.

· Collaborate and Influence: Work alongside cross-functional finance teams and key back-office functions to provide financial expertise and actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

· Business Partnering: Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, understand needs, and proactively communicate to provide advice.

· Business Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting: Monthly, quarterly forecasting and budgeting on costs including IT, Projects and Transformation Finance as well as Corporate Services (Legal, HR, Finance)

· Performance Management: Maintain data integrity and provide variance analysis with monthly results commentary.

· Decision Support: Assist in modelling and delivering timely information to aid business decision-making.

· Projects: Support FP&A and finance strategic projects, aligning with organisational goals.

· Team Support: Engage and support team initiatives and coverage.

Critical Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field.
· CA/CPA qualified or working towards completion.
· Intermediate to advanced Excel skills for data analysis and creating basic to intermediate Power BI reports.
· Strong relationship-building skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
· Excellent organisational and time management capabilities, with great attention to detail.
· Technology-savvy and comfortable managing and manipulating significant data sources.
