What You'll Be Doing

Carrying out general maintenance across our portfolio of apartments, from basic repairs to minor installations

Performing pre-arrival quality checks and ensuring everything is safe, functional, and ready for guest stays

Responding to reported maintenance issues promptly and professionally

Communicating with the office team to prioritise and complete jobs efficiently

Keeping accurate records of tasks completed, materials used, and inventory movements

Assisting with moving furniture, assembly, and general upkeep when required

What We’re Looking For

A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle – we’ll cover petrol costs

Previous experience in general maintenance, repairs, or handyman work

Someone who is practical, hands-on, and confident using tools

Excellent time management and the ability to work independently

A can-do attitude and problem-solving mindset

Good communication skills and the ability to work well with other departments

Familiarity with Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach areas is a plus

Flexibility to work some weekends and public holidays as needed
