Greater Hume Children Services is located 40 minutes from Albury or Wagga Wagga and have 4 centres across the Greater Hume area.

We are searching for a

• Diploma or Early Childhood Teacher qualified to cover Maternity leave to start immediately ending on the 12th of January 2026 (TBA) at our Holbrook Childcare Centre
• Diploma to cover maternity leave Maternity leave to start immediately ending on the 3rd of February 2026 at our Holbrook Childcare Centre
• Diploma to cover maternity leave Maternity leave to start immediately ending on the 24th of July 2026 at our Henty Childcare Centre

While these are Maternity leave positions they may lead to some employment at the end of the term.

At Holbrook there are three rooms; babies, toddlers and pre-school, with the opportunity to work across or in these rooms.

The Henty Centre is a single room environment, with children 0-5 years.

We are looking for someone who is drawn to working with children and making the day fun with your colleagues and for the children.

What we are looking for:

• Current and paid NSW Working With Children Check clearance (required)
• Recognised ACECQA Early Childhood Qualification (required)
• Current First Aid, including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training (required)
• Current CPR Training (required)
• Child Protection Certificate (required)
• A strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS (required)
• Skills to work alongside other educators, motivating them to excel as you work collaboratively to plan and deliver care and educational programs
