We are seeking an experienced, reliable and hardworking fencing Labourer to join our dynamic award winning fencing company. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our team with the installation and maintenance of various fencing projects. This position offers the option of a company work vehicle, providing convenience and mobility for job-related travel. No two days are ever the same!

Key Responsibilities:

Installation and Maintenance:

Assist in the installation of various types of fencing, including timber, Colorbond, Aluminum Slat, Industrial.

Perform maintenance and repairs on existing fences.

Ensure all fencing projects are completed to company standards and specifications.

Site Preparation:

Prepare job sites for fencing installations, including measuring and marking areas.

Clear and level ground where fencing will be installed.

Load and unload materials and equipment.

Equipment Handling:

Operate and maintain tools and machinery used in fencing projects, such as post hole diggers, nail guns, saws.

Ensure all equipment is cleaned and stored properly after use.

Safety Compliance:

Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.

Report any safety concerns or incidents to the supervisor promptly.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with other team members to ensure efficient and effective completion of projects.

Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding project progress and any issues encountered.

Travel:

Optional use of the company vehicle for travel to and from job sites as required.

Maintain the company vehicle in good condition and report any maintenance needs.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in construction or manual labour, preferably in fencing, is an advantage.

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials and working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Competent knowledge of hand and power tools.

Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to problem solve.

Have a Construction White Card.

Valid driver’s license.

Pay is dependent upon your skill and experience level

Candidates must have full working rights within Australia

Candidates will be required to undergo a Police Check upon successful application prior to commencing with All Fencing
