About the Role
We are looking for a Family Lawyer with a minimum of 2 years’ post-admission experience (PAE) to join our team. In this role, you’ll manage a variety of files across property matters, parenting matters, child support, child protection, and domestic violence matters.

Based in our Greenslopes office, you’ll work closely with our experienced Principal Lawyer and senior and junior team members, receiving mentorship and training to help you grow and succeed.

What You’ll Do
Your day-to-day duties will include:

Managing family law files from start to finish, including initial consults and property and parenting negotiations.

Drafting documents such as Consent Orders, Binding Financial Agreements, and Court Documents.

Representing clients in Family and Domestic Violence Courts.

What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will need:

A minimum of 2 years’ post-admission experience (PAE) in family law in Australia.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

A Practicing Certificate, or the ability to immediately apply for and be granted a Practicing Certificate in Queensland.
