Front of house role, greeting patients, processing payments, scheduling appointments

Responding to queries by phone, email and in person

Full-time, permanent position

Monday to Friday 7:30am-5:00pm

Jandakot and Claremont locations

Fortnightly roster, working at both clinics

Skills & Experience Required

Excellent communication skills

Meticulous attention to detail

Works efficiently and prioritise tasks

Professional and well-presented

Strong work ethic

At least 2 years experience in a dental reception role

Experience in orthodontics not required

The successful candidates will require:

Drivers licence and access to a car

National Police Clearance (<3months)

Working with Children’s Check

Permanent Residency or Visa without work restrictions
