You will be the key support to production team and ensure the efficient setup, changeover, and maintenance of blow moulding machines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and changeover blow moulding dies according to production schedules
• Ensure correct machine parameters are applied for optimal performance
• Conduct routine checks, adjustments, and troubleshooting of moulding machinery
• Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to minimize downtime
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment in accordance with company standards
• Complete necessary production and quality documentation

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a die setter in a blow moulding environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of plastic processing
• Ability to read technical drawings and work from job specs
• Familiarity with safety standards and machine operating procedures
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Flexible to work rotating shifts and overtime when required
