What’s on Offer:

Full-time employment: $90,000–$110,000 per year plus super

Contractor option: $125–$135 per hour (no prior experience as a contractor required – we’ll support you through the process)

Flexible work arrangements – full-time, part-time, or school-friendly hours available

Combination of clinic-based and mobile/community work across metropolitan Adelaide

Caseloads include a strong focus on neurological rehabilitation, with scope to manage a mixed caseload including musculoskeletal clients

Optional remote admin

About Us:

Thrive Health Therapies is a multidisciplinary allied health provider delivering speech pathology, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, exercise physiology, and allied health assistant services to people of all ages across metropolitan Adelaide.

We primarily support NDIS participants, but also see aged care, DVA, and private clients. Services are offered from our Findon clinic and in the community.

Our Findon clinic is equipped with:

A neurological rehabilitation gym with specialist equipment such as a tilt table and gait harness system

Private consult rooms

A welcoming, team-oriented environment with clinical support available

The Role:

We’re looking for passionate and motivated Physiotherapists to join our team. Roles are available on a full-time employment or contractor basis, with flexibility around hours and caseload.

You will support clients across:

Neurological conditions: including stroke, spinal cord injury, brain injury, Parkinson’s Disease, MS, MND, cerebral palsy, and more

NDIS participants e.g. amputees, intellectual disability, autism

Musculoskeletal injuries and chronic pain (POTS, EDS, hypermobility)

Aged care and DVA clients

We are hiring multiple clinicians and encourage you to apply even if your interest lies in only one of the areas above. We can tailor your caseload to match your strengths or areas you’d like to develop.

Who We’re Looking For:

AHPRA-registered Physiotherapist

Confident working independently and within a team

Strong communication, time management, and documentation skills

Experience or interest in neuro and complex disability – or a desire to upskill

Bonus: Interest in hypermobility/POTS/EDS clients (not essential)

Essential Requirements (or willingness to obtain):

Senior First Aid

National Police Check

NDIS Worker Screening Check

Current driver's licence and reliable car
