Key Responsibilities:

Install and replace windscreens, side windows, and rear windows on various vehicle types

Perform windscreen repairs using resin injection techniques

Assess damage and recommend appropriate repair or replacement solutions

Ensure all work meets safety standards and industry regulations

Maintain accurate records of work completed

Provide excellent customer service and explain work processes to clients

Keep work areas clean and organized

Handle tools and equipment safely and responsibly

Requirements:

Previous experience in windscreen fitting or automotive glass work preferred

Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Good communication skills and professional demeanor

Physical fitness for lifting and handling glass panels

Valid driver's license

Willingness to travel to customer locations when required
