Chandler Macleod, a leading name in the mining sector, is seeking experienced Grader Operators to join our prestige client. With a family friendly roster available, including 8 days on 6 days off, 7 nights on 7 off.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct High-Quality operations with accuracy and precision.
• Adhere to operational procedures and safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
• Perform pre-start checks and routine maintenance on equipment to ensure operational excellence.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and project objectives.

Qualifications And Skills:

• Minimum of 12 months’ experience as a Grader Operator.
• Experience operating Grader – CAT 18M -24M.
• Production Operating experience essential.
• Solid understanding and adherence to safety standards.

Essesntials:

• Proven adherence to safety standards and protocols in a mining or heavy industry setting.
• Effective team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality results.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and Drug & Alcohol Screen.
