Full Spectrum Consulting are currently seeking experienced and reliable RF Pick Packers and LF Production Labourers for immediate start opportunities across a range of reputable manufacturing and 3PL facilities. These roles are available across multiple locations and are offered on AM shifts, ideal for individuals looking to secure ongoing work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Entry-level or experienced, we’re open to all backgrounds and committed to finding the right fit for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

RF picking and packing products for dispatch

Hands-on manufacturing and production support

Loading/unloading products and operating basic material handling equipment to and from trucks

Counterbalance & High Reach forklift operation (minimal)

Manual handling of materials and components (20kg+)

Ensuring compliance with OH&S standards and PPE requirements

Working collaboratively to meet daily KPIs and production targets

General warehouse duties as needed

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in warehousing, production or manufacturing (preferred)

RF scanning experience (minimum 1 year ideal)

Valid LF Licence and forklift experience (minimum 1 year experience)

Physically fit and capable of repetitive lifting/manual labour

Basic hand and power tools experience will be highly regarded

Strong work ethic, team player, and eager to learn

Great attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Own reliable transport (some locations not easily accessible by public transport)

Willingness to work overtime and adapt to a fast-paced environment
