As an Education Pharmacist at AdPha, you'll join a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional learning experiences for pharmacy professionals. In this role, you'll leverage your expertise in adult education principles and current professional development needs and trends of the pharmacy workforce to create engaging, high-impact learning opportunities that advance pharmacy practice across Australia.

To be successful in this role, the candidate will possess excellent project management skills including time management and prioritisation skills, and enjoy working collaboratively with key stakeholders including members, strategic partners and all AdPha business units.

This is a part-time 0.6-0.8FTE role (22.8 - 30.4 hours per week) worked over 3 or 4 days.

The salary range listed is the 1.0FTE amount, as this role is part-time remuneration will be pro rata in line with 0.6-0.8FTE.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic education planning & delivery

Collaborate on the design and direction of the annual education program strategy

Work collaboratively with the Education Team and stakeholders to contribute to the content development and delivery of all educational offerings

Refine processes and quality control measures to consistently achieve targeted satisfaction ratings across all educational offerings

Implement robust evaluation frameworks to continuously improve educational offerings

Contribute to revenue growth through innovative educational offerings

Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders

Educational product development

Digital learning

Design and deliver a diverse, cutting-edge annual virtual education program that meets the professional development requirements of both members and non-members

Provide expert guidance to subject matter experts, Specialty Practice Leadership Committees, Seminar and Content Design Leads, to optimise content, structure and delivery

Collaborate across teams to ensure integrated, high-quality learning experiences

ClinCAT® management

Oversee certification requirements for all trained ClinCAT® evaluators and provide ongoing support

Ensure all ClinCAT® resources remain current through regular review and updates

Champion the ClinCAT® training program and tool across the profession

Identify and develop opportunities to adapt ClinCAT® for diverse professional cohorts

Project leadership

Manage deliverables for various educational initiatives, including those funded through industry and government partnerships

Manage projects, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to targeted quality standards

Accreditation expertise

Prepare and submit CPD accreditation applications for AdPha education

Provide authoritative guidance on accreditation requirements to members, Branch con teams, and external education providers

Branch education

· Support all AdPha Branches with the delivery of high quality, member-focused education

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Essential

Registered pharmacist

Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design

Outstanding communication skills with demonstrated ability to engage diverse stakeholders

Exceptional project management skills

Proven experience developing and delivering engaging online educational content

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and digital learning platforms (including Moodle, Zoom, Articulate)

Ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively to team outcomes

Flexibility for occasional after-hours work and interstate travel

Availability to attend Medicines Management

Desirable

AdPha ClinCAT® credential

Experience with presenting and delivering education content

Knowledge of the National Competency Standards Framework for Pharmacists in Australia

Knowledge of Australian Pharmacy Council accreditation requirements for continuing professional development

Knowledge and experience with learning management software and systems, including Moodle and Articulate
