$77,000 – $99,000 (salary packages + Bonuses (negotiable))

$35 - 45 per hour

• Take over an existing, diverse client base
• Mentor our juniors
• Work closely with the owner & salon coordinator with paid meetings and trainings
• Contribute to business growth and team culture
• Chance to create and grow Social Media platforms with support from our team

* You’re a Qualified Hairdresser (Cert III Hairdressing in Australia or have SA-recognised qualification)
* You have strong experience on the floor and a passion for mentoring and leading others
* You're an excellent communicator and love contributing to a positive, forward-thinking culture
* You’re eager to take on management-level tasks and be a go-to leader in the salon
* Bonus: You love cutting, colour, or curls (or all three!), and are open to learning more

1st–3rd Year Apprentices

Casual Salon Assistants with Cert II Salon Assistant qualification (or currently studying)
