About the role

As a Rope Access Technician (all levels) - Mechanical Fitter, you’ll work on sites in the Pilbara — including Nammuldi, Brockman, Gudai-Darri, and Tom Price. Gain valuable hands-on experience and play a key role in major operations.

Commencing August 2025 with further ad-hoc shut down work as required

World leading Metals & Mining Client with sites based throughout the Pilbara region

Casual Employment offering rates ranging between $69.24 - $88.23 (inclusive of casual loading) – dependent experience and rope access level.

Offering fly in fly out with Perth point of hire

12 Hours per day

Who do we want to hear from?

Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in Rope Access, preferably within the mining and minerals environment

Ability to complete Client Inductions

Hold Nationally Accredited qualifications including:

Work safely in the construction industry (white/blue card)

Certificate III in Engineering - Mechanical/Boilermaking Trade (Fitting/Fabrication)

IRATA Level 1/2 Qualification & Logbook

Confined Space Entry, Working at Heights and Demonstrate Fire Attack (2 year expiry)

Provide LVR/First Aid/CPR (Rope Access Level 3 only)

Demonstrated experience working in a mine site shutdown environment

Ability to pass a project specific pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol screen
