About the role

Flex Recruit is seeking experienced FIFO Electricians to join the team, supporting project and maintenance work.

Roy Hill experience is highly regarded.

What you'll be doing

Some client engagement to prepare scope of work.

Assisting in project-based upgrades or shutdown works as required

Conducting inspections and testing of electrical systems to ensure compliance with site standards and Australian regulations

Ensure all operations are conducted safely, efficiently and in compliance with company policies and procedures

Liaise with other departments to optimise site productivity and resource utilisation

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a FIFO Electrician, inducted acoss Pilbara sites.

Reliable team player with a strong work ethic.

Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on safety and operational efficiency.
