Position Overview
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Glazier to join our professional team on a full-time basis. The successful applicant will be responsible for a wide range of glazing work both in our workshop and on-site, ensuring high safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Measure, cut, fabricate, and install glass and aluminium systems

Install commercial and domestic aluminium windows and doors

Fit shower screens, mirrors, wardrobe doors, and glass partitions

Replace broken or damaged glass panels

Interpret technical drawings, job plans, and specifications

Operate machinery, tools, and handling equipment safely

Liaise with clients, builders, and other trades on-site as required

Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment

Be an active team player, supporting others to meet project deadlines

Skills & Experience Required:

Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Glazier

Certificate III in Glass and Glazing (or equivalent overseas qualification)

Understanding of both domestic and commercial glazing systems

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

Physically capable of working in a manual trade

High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Reliable and self-motivated with strong teamwork skills

Manual driver’s licence preferred

White Card (Construction Induction)

Advantageous: Experience with automatic doors and aluminium fabrication

Employment Conditions:

Full-time, permanent position (minimum 38 hours/week)

Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 p.a. depending on experience

Superannuation and leave entitlements as per Australian law

Training and development provided

Work vehicle and tools may be supplied if required
