Gardener (Leading Hand)

Location: Pooraka, SA
Hours: Monday to Friday, Casual Full-Time Hours
Pay Rate: $33.00-34.00 + super (depending on your experience)

About the Role
The Gardener – Leading Hand plays a key role in working alongside and supporting employees living with a disability to provide regular maintenance of open spaces, reserves, and streetscapes.
Our valued client is a purpose-driven organisation dedicated to empowering people with disability to live the life they choose, and this role supports that mission directly.

What You'll Be Doing

• Providing guidance and support to other employees
• General grounds and garden maintenance
• Ensure all equipment is regularly maintained
• Meeting deadlines

About you
If you are a people person who enjoys gardening and passionate about helping make a difference in people’s lives, this job may be the one for you.

What You'll Need

• Current Driver’s License and transport
• Certificates in Horticulture (desired)
• Previous experience in Gardening or Horticulture (essential)
• National Police Check (Or willingness to obtain)
• NDIS Worker Check (Or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to undergo a medical assessment
