Moorabbin: directly opposite the train station. Very easy access.

Albert Park: opposite a tram station.

Hawthorn: opposite a tram station.

Your Role

As a Bartender:

• Craft signature drinks and recommend pairings that enhance the Third Wave BBQ dining experience.
• Maintain an organized, fully stocked bar and uphold impeccable presentation.
• Monitor responsible alcohol consumption while creating a lively, welcoming atmosphere.

As a Waitress:

• Greet guests warmly, guide them through the menu, and provide knowledgeable recommendations.
• Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring every plate and glass is flawless.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues with professionalism.

Shared Responsibilities:

• Process orders and payments accurately using our POS system.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and bar areas.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure seamless service during busy shifts.

What You Bring to the Table

• Passion for Hospitality: You love creating moments that leave a lasting impression.
• Adaptability: You thrive under pressure and excel in fast-paced environments.
• Skills & Certifications: RSA certification is required; at least 1 year of bartending and waiting experience; barista skills are a plus but not a requirement.
• Team Spirit: You’re a team player with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
