Total Remuneration $124,970 to $133,098 pa (including salary of $105,602 to $112,470 plus 17% superannuation and leave loading) – with the opportunity for overtime
Equivalent Hourly Rate: $55.83 to $59.46 per hour

We are seeking an experienced and passionate educator to deliver high-quality training for the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. In this senior teaching role, you will lead and inspire future trainers and assessors, drawing on your depth of industry knowledge and your proven expertise in vocational education.
You will design and deliver advanced training programs, provide expert guidance on assessment practices, and ensure strict alignment with VET standards. Your ability to engage with diverse learner groups, interpret training market trends and maintain strong industry connections will be critical to your success.

Position Requirements
A minimum three years of experience delivering a training and assessment qualification (TAE 40122 or 40116).
A Diploma of Vocational Education and Training or higher-level qualification in adult education, or equivalent.
Using well developed interpersonal and communication skills to deliver flexible, responsive and quality client service.
Knowledge of the education and training sector and the ability to positively respond to new directions and demands of the training market.
