Labourer

Position Overview: As a Labourer, you will play a vital role in our site cleanup operations, working collaboratively and supporting a bobcat operator and Truck and Dog driver. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in various site cleanup tasks across residential sites in the greater Ipswich/Brisbane area.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean up job sites as per direction by operator and adhering to job sheet instructions

Correctly erecting and taking down cages

Setting up silt fencing to company standards

Collaborate with operators to perform site cleanup tasks, including soil removal, waste disposal, and general site maintenance.

Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team.

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and ensure efficient workflow.

Contribute to a positive and productive team atmosphere.

Qualifications:

Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively.

Labouring experience desirable but not essential

Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

A positive attitude and willingness to adapt to changing tasks and environments.

Construction white card

Minimum HR licence

We are looking for someone who doesn't mind getting their hands dirty. We have various depots across SEQ and are looking for someone who is keen to expand their skills and for the right candidate the opportunities will be there to process into an operator role or upgrade licence and move into a truck and dog driver position.
