The Opportunity
We’re on the lookout for an experienced, customer-focused Business Manager to join our high-performing team. Working across a variety of respected brands, you’ll play a key role in driving finance and insurance while contributing to the overall performance and success of our dealership network.

Key Responsibilities

Manage finance and insurance offerings across New, Used, and Service departments

Build rapport with customers to identify tailored finance and insurance solutions

Work closely with sales and service teams to deliver a seamless customer experience

Ensure all compliance and documentation processes are met with accuracy and efficiency

Maintain strong relationships with financial partners and stakeholders

Contribute to the achievement of monthly and quarterly performance targets

About You

Proven track record in an automotive Business Manager role, ideally in a multi-franchise or high-volume environment

Strong understanding of finance, insurance, and F&I compliance processes

Outstanding communication and negotiation skills

Results-oriented, with a passion for customer service and teamwork

Organised, reliable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Accredited with the appropriate F&I certifications/licences (or willing to obtain)
