Senior Surveyor – Civil Infrastructure Projects

Are you an experienced surveyor with a strong background in civil infrastructure? Our client is seeking a Senior Surveyor to join their established delivery team in Melbourne. This role is key to ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and high-quality outcomes across major infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed surveys for civil, roads, drainage, and structural works

Operate and manage survey equipment including Leica, Trimble, and GPS instruments

Use 12D software to process data and support design/model outputs

Ensure quality control and accuracy across all survey data

Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure survey requirements are met

Maintain records and prepare survey documentation and reports

Mentor and support junior surveyors and field staff as needed

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 3 years of experience in civil infrastructure projects in Australia

Strong background in civil, roads, drainage, and structures

Proficiency with Leica, Trimble, Total Station, GPS, and 12D software

Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently on-site

Solid communication and coordination skills

Diploma or degree in surveying or related field preferred
