We are searching for a passionate and enthusiastic Clinical Nurse to support our Health & Wellness Management Team to deliver quality care and services to our residents.

To be successful in this position you should meet the following criteria:

Current registration with AHPRA

A comprehensive understanding of the residential aged care regulatory framework and funding model

Demonstrated experience in a senior clinical role including managing teams

Demonstrated experience to comply with Care Governance system to meet the Aged Care Quality Standards

Demonstrated experience to ensure team compliance with clinical policies & procedures, including the ability to comply with Incident Management System.

You are a self-starter who shows initiative to identify problems with creative solutions whilst collaborating with the Personal Care team, RN's, the CNC's, the Director of Nursing & operational managers and staff.

The role

You will be responsible to provide evidence-based, high quality clinical care, assisting the Health & Wellness Manager with managing services and providing operational direction to clinical staff.

Full time role- Monday to Friday

Above Award Rates of pay

Competitive Salary packaging - up to $30 000 grossed up (permanent employees only)

12% Superannuation
