Prerequisites:

Strong physical fitness and ability

Current valid drivers licence

Unwavering "can-do" attitude

Eagerness to learn and grow

Successful completion of drug and alcohol screening

Punctuality and reliability

Professional and well-presented demeanor

Desire to expand skill set and attain further qualifications

Aspiration to become a permanent and valued member of our exceptional team

Possession of an RB - HRWL Basic Riggers ticket minimum

Previous experience in rigging, dogging, or crane operations

Leadership capabilities

Ability to complete or learn to complete site safety documentation and paperwork such as SWMS and JSA

Highly Preferred:

Experience in roofing or shed building

WP - HRWL EWP ticket

CN - HRWL Crane ticket

HR - Truck licence

Proficiency with power tools, especially impact drivers

Bonus Preference:

Welding experience
