The Role

We are seeking a reliable and experienced full-time Truck Driver with a Forklift Licence to join our growing team at Derrimut headquarters. In this role, you will be the face of Boxes To Go for many of our valued clients, responsible for the timely and safe delivery of our products across Melbourne and surrounding areas.

This is more than just a driving job; you will be actively involved in the daily operations of our depot, from loading your truck using a forklift to ensuring all paperwork is in order. We are looking for a team player with a professional attitude and a strong commitment to safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Operating the company truck to perform multi-drop deliveries in a safe, timely and professional manner.

Loading and unloading pallets and goods using a forklift, ensuring loads are secure and balanced correctly.

Providing excellent customer service when interacting with clients at delivery points.

Conducting daily pre-start vehicle checks and reporting any maintenance issues promptly.

Maintaining accurate delivery records and completing all necessary paperwork.

Assisting with general warehouse duties as required, contributing to a clean and organised work environment.

Adhering to all road transport regulations and workplace health and safety (WHS) standards.

Essential Requirements:

A current and valid Australian Heavy Vehicle Driver's Licence (e.g., Medium Rigid - MR or higher).

A current and LF Forklift Licence.

Proven experience in a similar truck driving and delivery role.

A clean driving record and a strong understanding of road transport laws.

Demonstrated experience in operating a forklift safely and efficiently.

Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet delivery schedules.

A positive attitude and strong communication skills.
