You’ll be joining a fast-growing product company backed by Australia’s top investors, already partnered with global enterprise clients and expanding into the US. Their platform is mission-critical for customers - streamlining, automating, and scaling business operations.

As the platform scales, we’re hiring a backend-leaning full stack engineer to help evolve and strengthen the core architecture - particularly in Go and Node.js.

You’ll join a collaborative, tight-knit team in Sydney, working closely with experienced engineers and company founders. There’s meaningful architectural work to lead or contribute to, and your impact will be felt across the product from day one.

About you

• 2 - 4 years of experience as a backend or full stack engineer with strong Go or Node.js skills
• Experience building APIs and backend services that are simple, scalable, and maintainable
• Comfortable working with frontend code (React/TypeScript) when needed
• Pragmatic thinker who avoids overengineering and values clean code
• Experience in product-focused teams or startups where you’ve worked closely with product and design
• Collaborative, proactive, and eager to take ownership in a high-autonomy environment
