TAMEX Transport currently has an opportunity available for a Warehouse Storeperson to join our Newcastle team

1. Monday to Friday – PM Shift
2. Casual position with potential for full time after 6-month probation
3. Immediate start based at Beresfield
4. Be part of a fast paced and friendly workplace

About the Role:

You’ll be responsible for sorting freight, loading/unloading multiple vehicles safely and efficiently, and general housekeeping in the shed/ workplace

Role Requirements:

1. A current HRW LF license is essential
2. Previous industry experience
3. Manual Handling experience
4. Understanding of Work Health & Safety, Chain of Responsibility, and basic load restraint principles
5. Customer service oriented and attention to detail
6. A current MR class license is desirable, but not essential
