Warehouse & Factory Worker – Forklift Operations (Hybrid role)

We are seeking a Warehouse / Storeperson / Operator to join our client’s team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and production processes within Food Packaging manufacturing.

What’s on Offer?

Regular overtime available – average 45 hours per week.

Casual with potential for permanency

Monday to Friday

Afternoon shift: 3pm until 11pm and Night Shift: 11pm until 7am (Training on Day shift)

Pay: $38.39/$43.39p/h + Penalty Rates

What We’re Looking For:

Physically fit – this role requires lifting and manual handling.
Strong reading and writing skills – accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently once trained.
Forklift operation skills are required.
Reliability is key – punctuality and a strong work ethic are a must.
Own transport preferred for commuting reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

Verifying incoming goods (raw materials, labels, packaging) against delivery dockets.

Preparing and issuing raw materials for production.

Selecting and collecting the correct stock items, recording quantities, and setting them aside for production.

Counting and returning unused stock to stores after production runs.

Assisting with truck loading and unloading as required.
