Community Kids Glenella Early Education Centre is calling your name! The role is Full-Time working 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday OR a condensed week working 4 x 10hr days.

Part-Time hours job sharing will also be considered for the right candidate/s.

About Us

Our purpose-built childcare and kindergarten centre in Glenella offers innovative early learning programs in a safe, nurturing environment. Our spacious outdoor environments are surrounded by real grass, fruit trees, and water hoses for children to access freely. We have a large chicken coop with free-roaming chickens, plenty of shade, a Bunnings herb and vegetable garden, and long verandas for sun protection. Indoors, our spacious rooms are equipped with a variety of resources, including an interactive whiteboard and several computers. We have a longstanding team of early childhood educators and our philosophy focuses on sustainability, culture, community, and team, with low staff turnover and dedicated officers for each area.

We proudly cater to up to 74 children, with operating hours from 6:30am - 6:30pm, Monday to Friday. It's where the fun never stops!

About You

You’re a passionate, ACECQA-approved Diploma-qualified Educator with:

• Experience and understanding of programming
• A deep understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
• Proven experience working with kids aged 0-5 years in an early childhood service.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) that make you a standout team player.
• A current Working with Children Check and First Aid certificate.
