APS Partner with Coles to find the best talent for their DC's, then we work closely with the Coles on-site leadership team to train and lead Team Members as they kick-start their journey. With this support, and a great team to work with, its no surprise that many of our Team Members become Coles Permanent Team Members along the way.

The role of our Team Members

• Order selection using voice picking technology
• Operation of picking machinery
• Manual Handling up to 18KG
• Develop new skills and take on new opportunities
