We're Slab Culture, a small team that prides itself on doing quality work in our workshop. We're looking for an extra pair of hands to help out – someone with the right attitude to learn. If you're keen to jump in and gain new skills, we'd love to hear from you!

We're looking for a person who is keen to learn and get hands-on with some awesome projects. If you're looking for a dynamic casual role, where you can gain skills and we're happy to teach you the ropes, then this could be your next step!

We're a team that prides itself on creating bespoke concrete products right here in our South Albury factory. We hand-make, seal, and finish polished concrete benchtops, design and build outdoor kitchen cabinets.

The Role: Casual Workshop & Site Labourer

Hours: As a casual position, your hours will vary, but there's a strong opportunity for consistent work. For the right person, this role can move into full-time hours. Our usual factory hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with regular overtime sometimes available.

Location: 301 Townsend St, South Albury

What you'll be doing:

Hands-on Production: You'll be assisting our team of tradesmen with the assembly and process work of our polished concrete and joinery products in the factory. This means helping get jobs ready for installation.

On-Site Support: You'll work alongside our tradesmen on various installation projects across the region.

Material Handling: This involves safely managing construction materials, and loading/unloading trucks with tools and finished products.

General Workshop & Shed Work: Keeping our workspace organised and efficient.

What we're looking for:

A "Can-Do" Attitude: No prior experience needed! We care most about a positive attitude and your willingness to learn.

Team Player: You'll be joining a friendly team with a strong work ethic and a positive vibe.

Hands-on & Detail-Oriented: While you'll be getting your hands dirty, our products are high-end, so an eye for detail is valued.

Driver's License: A current driver's license is required for this role, as you'll be heading out to sites.
