Benefits:

Pay rate is $57.20/hr.

Responsibilities:

To provide safe and effective nursing care.

To undertake initial and ongoing assessment and development of clients clinical and lifestyle care plans and monitor relevant changes and report of effectiveness of medical treatments and other interventions.

To identify residents’ rights, cultural, spiritual, and other individual needs and preferences and as far as possible incorporate them in their health and personal care plans.

To provide direct nursing care to resident with complex care needs as directed.

To manage specialised nursing care procedures.

To support safe use of medicines within relevant polices and guidelines.

To work with internal and external referral pathways to provide support for appropriate activities and therapy for elders.

To ensure documentation is accurate and up to date and entered into relevant systems.

To support development of relevant frameworks and processes.

To support continuous improvement processes for care and provide opportunities for training and professional development for staff.

About you

You must be a registered nurse (RN) with a current general AHPRA registration (with no conditions) and have relevant clinical experience of at least 3 years.

You must be willing to work AM, PM, and night shifts.

You must possess unrestricted work rights in Australia. ACS is unable to sponsor applicants for a work visa.

You must possess a full Driver's License.

You must have a recent national police check or be willing to obtain one.
