Rural Pharmacies Pty Ltd has a group of pharmacies dedicated to serve the rural communities in remote VIC, NSW, and QLD. We are providing pharmacy services all over Australia through our stores located in different remote areas. We always look to hire the right candidates to join our team and expand our professional services.

Currently we are seeking to hire a manager for each of our stores in East Gippsland (20 minutes from Bairnsdale) and Grampians area (20 minutes from Hamilton). Free accommodation is included in a very attractive package.

Objectives and Responsibilities

1. **Medication Dispensing: **

- Accurately dispense medications, including preparing and checking Webster packs.

- Ensure all prescriptions are processed efficiently and comply with legal and professional requirements in Victoria.

2. **Vaccination Services: **

- Administer vaccinations to patients according to established protocols and guidelines.

- Maintain accurate records of vaccinations and manage inventory of vaccines.

3. **Pharmacy Services: **

- Provide counseling to patients on the use of medications, potential side effects, and interactions.

- Conduct health and wellness screenings and offer advice on over-the-counter medications.

- Manage chronic disease programs and assist with medication management.

-Provide Opioid Replacement therapy to eligible patients complying with the legal and professional requirements in Victoria.

4. **Customer Service:**

- Deliver exceptional customer service and support to all pharmacy clients.

- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

- Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients and healthcare providers.

5. **Operational Management: **

- Oversee daily pharmacy operations, including staff supervision and training.

- Ensure compliance with all pharmacy laws and regulations, including maintaining accurate records.

- Manage inventory, including ordering and stock management, to ensure the availability of necessary medications and supplies.

6. **Quality and Safety: **

- Implement and maintain quality assurance standards to ensure the safe and effective delivery of pharmacy services.

- Conduct regular audits and reviews of pharmacy practices to ensure compliance with safety protocols.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy and 2 years of relevant experience

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Strong Organizational Skills

Good Sense of working in a team environment
