ReformX Pilates Penrith and St Mary’s are seeking an experienced and passionate Reformer Pilates instructor to join our vibrant team on a contract basis across 2 studios. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing business that is committed to helping our clients achieve their fitness and wellness goals through the transformative power of Reformer Pilates.

Key responsibilities

Instruct Reformer Pilates classes to clients of all levels, ensuring safe and effective execution of exercises

Provide individualised attention and modifications to meet the needs of each client

Maintain a positive and motivating environment in the studio

Assist with the set-up and pack-up of the Reformer equipment

Communicate effectively with clients and the ReformX Pilates team

Actively participate in studio events and promotions

Maintain a high level of personal and professional development in Reformer Pilates

What we're looking for

A deep understanding of Reformer Pilates principles and techniques

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients

A passion for health, wellness and helping others achieve their fitness goals

A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with industry trends
