We’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Creative Jewellery Assistant to join our small, values-driven team at Utopian Creations.

This part-time studio role blends creative design or jewellery production experience with front-of-house (FOH) and sales support. You’ll be part of the beautiful process of helping our clients bring meaningful, ethical pieces to life, while also contributing to the daily rhythm of our sustainable jewellery studio.

About the Role

This position is ideal for someone with experience in a manufacturing jewellery environment or who has studied jewellery design, and who is also comfortable working directly with clients in a warm and welcoming front-of-house capacity.

Key responsibilities include:

Assisting with client consultations and sales

Supporting design development and production workflows

Handling front-of-house duties and studio presentation

Providing general admin and creative support as needed

Hours and Availability

Part-time: 15 to 20 hours per week

Two weekdays: 9:45am to 5:30pm

Fortnightly Saturdays required

Who We’re Looking For

Experience working in a manufacturing jewellery studio or related field

Friendly and confident communicator

Detail-oriented and highly organised

Passionate about sustainability and ethical design

Genuine interest in handmade jewellery and creative process
