Employee role with a base salary and commission structure (40–50%)

No weekends – we protect work/life balance

Flexibility to build your caseload with mentoring support

Weekly in-house PD sessions and informal case discussions

Diverse caseload: MSK, sports, F, NDIS, post-op rehab, aged care

Warm admin support and simple, digital systems

Relocation assistance and CPD funding opportunities through Rural Health West

Opportunity to develop your caseload based on your interests (e.g. dry needling, Pilates, women’s health)

🧑‍💼 About You

You’ll be a great fit if you:

Have 2+ years experience in private practice (or strong early-career skills)

Love treating Musculoskeletal and Sports injuries with a mix of hands-on and exercise rehab techniques

Communicate clearly and warmly with patients and teammates

Are proactive, reliable, and open to ongoing learning

Value connection, kindness, and contribution to a team

Are keen to make a difference in a regional community
