Fair Dinkum Builds Shed King, a well-established and respected local provider of sheds and outdoor structures, is seeking a motivated and customer-focused salesperson with a flair for marketing to join our friendly in-office team in Lonsdale. This is a full-time role, ideal for someone based in Adelaide’s southern suburbs who enjoys building relationships and delivering quality service.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for our customers, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving sales and promoting our products both in person and online. This is a hybrid position that combines sales expertise with some admin responsibilities, offering great variety and the opportunity to make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Responding to inbound enquiries via phone, email, and in-person

Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable shed solutions

Preparing and following up on quotes to convert leads into sales

Processing orders and coordinating with internal teams

Keeping accurate sales records using CRM and other digital systems

Meeting monthly budget targets

What We're Looking For

Essential:

Proven experience in sales and customer service

Clear, confident communication and a positive, professional attitude

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple enquiries

Competent computer skills (Microsoft Office, CRM systems, etc.)

Current driver’s licence

Highly Regarded:

Administrative or sales-related field

Experience in customer engagement and support
