About the Role

We’re rapidly growing and seeking a Qualified Beauty/Dermal Therapist & Laser Therapist to join our supportive team. This role starts part-time — Tuesday or Thursday afternoons/evenings and Saturday days, with the opportunity to transition to full-time in as little as a few weeks!

Key Requirements:

IMMEDIATE START

Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Fully Qualified Beauty Therapist/Dermal Therapist & Laser Therapist

MUST be fully competent in performing both female and male laser hair removal

Experience with advanced modalities: Skin needling, BBL, chemical peels, LaseMD & tattoo removal (advantageous)

Only candidates who meet all of the above requirements will be considered.

What You’ll Do

Conduct in-depth skin consultations and prescribe home-care & treatment plans

Perform high-quality laser/IPL treatments for vascular, pigmentation, and permanent hair reduction on all genders

Deliver advanced skin treatments with impeccable customer experience

Upsell products and treatment packages to meet individual and team revenue targets

Maintain professional presentation and a warm, articulate bedside manner

Assist with appointment scheduling and support the management team when needed

Continuously train and up-skill in new technologies and protocols
