Join our established store and take charge of daily store operations! As Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the store, ensuring smooth operations, excellent customer service, and compliance with liquor licensing laws. Part time/ full time position available

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a small team

Manage stock levels, ordering, and merchandising

Deliver outstanding customer service

Ensure store presentation and cleanliness

Maintain compliance with liquor laws and store policies

Manage sales targets, budgets, and daily reporting

Recruit, train, and roster staff

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in retail or liquor store management preferred

Valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate

Strong leadership and communication skills

Reliable, honest, and hands-on

Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
