Village Baxter's Community Care Team provides personal care and domestic services throughout the Frankston & Mornington Peninsula region. We are seeking to add several casuals to our team of dedicated care workers.

Successful applicants will have a strong desire to help others, the ability to work autonomously, strong verbal and written communication skills, and a commitment to excellence in the provision of care.

Previous experience working in Homecare or Aged Care is essential, along with a relevant Aged Care qualification (Cert III or Cert IV minimum). We are interested in hearing from Endorsed Enrolled Nurses as well.

Pays are processed weekly, and salary packaging arrangements enable staff to boost their take home pay. We pay travel time between clients as well as an allowance for kilometres travelled between clients.
