We are looking for a detail-driven individual with an interest in a career in administration and data management - a proactive Data Entry Clerk to join our team and support our national marketing operations.

This entry-level role is based in our Sunshine Coast office, where you’ll work closely with our State Marketing Managers to maintain the accuracy of our SugarCRM database. You’ll help keep our records current by entering new data, updating existing information, and verifying details through online research.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Performing data entry to update and maintain our CRM (SugarCRM).

Conducting online research to verify names, addresses, and contact details.

Identifying and correcting inconsistencies within the database.

Maintaining accurate logs and reporting on progress.

Following internal protocols to ensure data security and confidentiality.

Assisting with general administration and ad hoc tasks as needed.

Learning and adapting to new features within our CRM platform.

What You’ll Bring:

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Previous administration experience.

Excellent attention to detail and time management.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Excel (advantageous but not required).

Eagerness to learn and grow in a supportive environment.
