Job Details

We are currently recruiting a Leading Hand to join a well-established client in the arboriculture and grounds maintenance industry. Based in Martin, this role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in horticulture and grounds work.

Location: Martin, 6110

Hours: Monday to Friday (8-hour days – start times TBC)

Rate: $43.50 per hour + Super

Weekly Pay

Role Description

Lead and assist with arboriculture and grounds maintenance services across Perth

Supervise and support apprentices on-site

Ensure work is completed to safety and quality standards

Essential Requirements:

Cert III in Horticulture

WA C-Class Manual Driver's Licence

White Card

Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role

Physically fit and comfortable with outdoor manual labour

National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
