Lucas TCS are seeking applications to join our Transport Team at a new and upcoming project. This project, located just outside Hyden (approximately 340 km east of Perth), will see Lucas TCS as the lead contractor for the Civil Balance of Plant work (CPoB) including design, construction, and commissioning of a large-scale solar and wind farm.

This is an exciting upcoming project scheduled to commence in August 2025 with an anticipated project duration of approximately 12 months.

We are seeking an experienced operator to join our team on a 14:7 roster, working 12-hour day shifts only.
In this role, you will be responsible for operating a double road train water tanker to transport water from the dam to site. You will also operate double side tippers to support internal road construction. ‘Tip on the run’ experience is essential.

To be considered for full-time work opportunities beyond this project, the suitable applicant will live in Adelaide, where Lucas TCS' main depot is based, and able to support projects nationally as operationally required.

Key Requirements:

Current Australian MC Class driver's license.

Road Ranger experience required.

Previous experience operating road train side tippers in a haulage or mining environment.

Incident free driving history.

Multi-skilled plant operator experience favoured.

Previous experience working at a remote mining location on a FIFO basis.

Take a professional approach to your work and the presentation of your assigned vehicle.

Able to meet the standards of a Heavy Vehicle Driver medical assessment and return a satisfactory criminal history report.

Ability to work 12 hour shifts on a 14:7 Dayshift only roster pattern.
